Hand Exercises to prevent injury and pain:

1. Spread Finger 5x (wide)

2. Prayer Position - Push Fingers - it will stretch your hands and wrist

3. Make a Fist - Rotate Left and Right 5x each way

4. Go to a counter or Table - put your fingertips on it and press down to feel stretch

Our May Meeting Blog!

We had a wonderful dinner at Baingan Resturant at 94 River Road in Shelton on May 9th. The service was outstanding, the Indian food was soooo good! The ladies enjoyed two trips up to the buffet! They have a beautiful room over looking the river for small events and if you are planning a meeting, they even have a large flat screen to plug your laptop in for presentations. We also had Cara Brook from www.organizewithsos.com as a speaker. She helped us organize, strategize and simplify our Time Management issues! Cara is a Professional Organizer that helps people from business to personal life get a handle on their organizational skills. I love Cara because she is so practical with her solutions. I would highly recommend Cara and she can actually save you money because your "time" is "money". For example, ever look for a hammer in the garage and can't find it? How much time did you waste? Then, you go to Home Depot and buy one...right? Well, next weekend you are looking for your paint brush and what do you find? Yes, the hammer you were looking for last weekend. That is my life! I have about 8 hammers now. I can only find one at at time, LOL. That is why I am calling Cara to simplify my life.

Although it was late and we had terrible lighting...I made everyone strike a pose! We had a wonderful group of ladies for this event. We had handmade handbags, exquisite jewelry, chiropractor education and more! Every meeting is inspirational to me.
